Midterm cancellation: Contact us before returning the vehicle if you cancel midterm.
We refund balance amount, but midterm cancellation fee is charged.
Midterm cancellation fees=(Charge of full period – charge of the period used) x 50%
Forced cancellation: We are very sorry that we have experienced many non-payments from foreign tourists.
So if the payment has not been made, we will cancel your reservation free of charge.
Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Overtime fee: If the return time is delayed without contact, we charge 4500JPY for every 30 mins. If you contact us, we charge 3500JPY. (Same fee for delay of pickup.)

Charge for Reservation modification: Items to change the vehicle, rental date and time, and rental location / returning ¥ 2,000 (tax included) each time
※The safe course is free twice.
※Please apply for changes 3 days before departure if possible.
Instances of abuse: There have been instances of abuse targeting low cancellation fees due to shortened or delayed reservation periods.
We regret to inform you that at such times we will charge the cancellation fee as it was before the change.
Garbage disposal fee: If there is garbage left behind upon returning, we charge 800JPY(tax inc.) for each garbage bag (20l)
Fuel fee: If the tank is not full upon returning, we charge 3000JPY(tax inc.) for each unit on the fuel gauge.

About the flight problems: You can cancel or change your reservation free of charge
if you are unable to fulfill our rental contract due to flight problems.
