3.Purpose of use

We will use car rental-related personal information within the scope of the following purposes.

  • To receive rental car reservations, verify the identity of the customer, screen the customer, and conclude and fulfill the contract.
  • To prepare and maintain a rental book in accordance with the Road Trucking Vehicle Law, other related laws and regulations, and industry guidelines

  • To respond to inquiries and complaints, and to respond to requests for disclosure, etc., from the person in question

4. provision to third parties

We will not provide rental car-related personal information to third parties except in the following cases

  • When the person in question consents to the use of his/her personal information.
  • When providing information to insurance companies, police, road administrators, and other related agencies in order to respond to traffic accidents, violations, theft, etc.

5. outsourcing

We may outsource vehicle maintenance, IT system operation, payment agency services, call center operations, and other services to outside contractors. We will enter into confidentiality agreements with these subcontractors and supervise them appropriately.

At this time, we do not share car rental related personal information. In the event that joint use is initiated, this policy will be revised and the purpose and scope of use, as well as the person responsible for management, will be publicly announced.
